1. Using an LCD projector and Inspiration program to create a web, brainstorm different known holidays |

2. Continue to brainstorm topics to identify what information is needed to proceed with project (i.e. origin of holiday, foods related, type of celebrations, etc.) Print a hard copy as a reference for student use. |

3. In Media Center, students spend approx. 30 minutes using reference materials to explore each holiday and make an informed decision as to what holiday they choose to explore further. |

4. Students will gather information and organize it, using Inspirations program. |
